Director New Zealand
With 19 years of experience covering local and international recruitment solutions, I have gained signifcant experience across New Zealands wider energy sector, with a more recent focus on the growing renewables market. I have extensive knowledge of the distribution, transmission and generation sectors and have built up a substantial network of professionals across many engineering discplines.
While my role at Phillip Riley is to lead and grow the New Zealand business, I still very much enjoy helping people and watching their career grow or change, from which I've created many long terms relationships. I have the ability to understand and interpret the differences between different company cultures and people and use this for the . This experience has been learnt from through wins and losses, successes and mistakes.
I value honesty, a direct approach and open communication in business.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, hiking, motorsport, camping, travel, and food
