His renewable energy journey began when he started a Waste to Energy Project Development Company (Reform Energy Australia) and then also took Phillip Riley to market as the only dedicated renewable energy recruitment and consulting business in Australia. Today, the Phillip Riley Group has grown to a team of 30+ in Australia, with offices in Melbourne (HQ), Perth, Sydney, Brisbane, New Zealand, Northern America and Europe.

Chris joined Phillip Riley as Director - Strategic Growth & Key Accounts, working closely with our teams to grow and deepen our key accounts, win new business and expand our Contracting, Workforce Solutions and Migration offerings. Chris brings over 25 years of experience across recruitment, with senior client-facing leadership spanning major RPO, MSP and strategic account programs for large national and global organisations, along with exposure to migration services and internationally mobile workforces. With 19 years of experience covering local and international recruitment solutions, I have gained signifcant experience across New Zealands wider energy sector, with a more recent focus on the growing renewables market. I have extensive knowledge of the distribution, transmission and generation sectors and have built up a substantial network of professionals across many engineering discplines.
