Teanna Williams joins the INSELEC team with over seven years of experience in Human Resources across fast-paced, multi-site and highly regulated environments. Originally from New Zealand, having spent much of her life in Melbourne and now based on the Gold Coast, Teanna has built a strong background in recruitment, employee relations, workforce planning and people management. Before moving into recruitment, Teanna held stand-alone HR leadership roles across manufacturing and entertainment industries, where she became known for building strong relationships and creating positive outcomes for both businesses and employees. Passionate about people and relationship building, Teanna brings an approachable nature, strong communication skills and genuine care for both clients and candidates.
Teanna is a proud mum of three who enjoys spending time with family and friends, planning her upcoming wedding and making the most of the Gold Coast lifestyle. Fun fact: Teanna transitioned from childcare into HR - proving that managing toddlers is great preparation for recruitment!
