Highly organised and detail-oriented, Caitlin is known for her proactive approach and ability to bring structure to fast-paced environments. Before joining Inselec, she held leadership roles in operations, account management, and sales—gaining a well-rounded perspective and the adaptability to thrive across diverse business settings. She is passionate about driving efficiency and supporting Inselec’s continued growth through operational excellence.

Jack of all Trades & Master Consultant Having grown up and lived in every State & Territory in Australia, Matthew appreciates how the Queensland market operates and is different from other States. Matthew has called Brisbane home for the last 6 years and absolutely loves it. Matthew’s diverse background spans from Sales and Customer Experience roles, through to the Military & mustering cattle on large properties. Matthew’s found a home in Electrical Recruitment and Client Management. The time spent in sales and customer service has taught him the value of “connecting with people” and the importance of gaining the right understanding of his client's needs. The ability to build client and candidate connections has become a passion. Matthew’s focus is to serve his electrical clients and electrical candidates. This is done by investing his time and energy to achieve real outcomes, not just put a bum on the seat.

Greg brings over 25 years of experience in business development and management across various sectors, including previous experience with INSELEC. Maddie was born and raised in Brisbane and is proud to call it home. She brings extensive management experience from leading teams across Woolworths pubs and restaurants throughout Queensland, where she developed strong leadership, customer service, sales, and operational skills. Alongside her career, Maddie balanced her studies while running her own businesses, including catering and event furniture hire for weddings and special events. Her entrepreneurial background has equipped her with strong organisational skills, commercial awareness, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Known for her outgoing personality and high energy, Maddie thrives on building genuine relationships with people. She has a natural ability to connect with tradies, builders, and clients from all backgrounds, making people feel comfortable from the moment they meet her. Her approachable nature, sense of humour, and ability to understand people's needs help create lasting relationships and positive experiences.

With over a decade of experience across corporate services, finance administration, operations, and hospitality management, Manu has built a reputation for bringing clarity and efficiency to every team she is part of. She has a genuine passion for improving processes and making things run smoothly. Her career has spanned industries including technology, chemical & resources, aviation, and hospitality, giving her the ability to adapt quickly to any environment. She holds a Master of Professional Accounting and a Master of Business Administration, and is fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, and English.
