With a background in local government and community engagement, Marissa brings a wealth of experience to her role as Onboarding Administrator at Concentis. Her expertise in the Gladstone oil and gas industry allows her to effectively manage the onboarding process with a deep understanding of both business operations and community needs. Holding a Cert 4 in Business Administration, Marissa is passionate about streamlining processes and ensuring new hires feel supported and prepared from day one. Outside of work, Marissa enjoys traveling, camping attending music concerts and spending quality time with family and friends.
