Mark is the founder and Managing Director of Concentis, bringing over 20 years of experience in recruitment and business leadership within the mining, energy, and infrastructure sectors. Beginning his career as an Electrical & Instrumentation Technician, he transitioned into recruitment, holding senior roles at Hays, Command Recruitment Group, and Atlas Recruitment before establishing Concentis in 2008. Under his leadership, the company has grown significantly, securing major contracts—including a milestone agreement with Rio Tinto in 2016—and expanding operations into New Zealand, Gladstone, and Western Australia. Today, Concentis supports over 300 white-collar project professionals daily. Mark is passionate about professional development—both his own and that of his team. He thrives on building a high-performance culture, seeing businesses succeed through the right talent placement, and fostering strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates. His leadership is defined by accountability, strategic growth, and a relentless work ethic that drives results. He believes in leading by example, instilling the same dedication and commitment in his team and those around him. Outside of work, Mark is a dedicated road cyclist and a proud owner of a Skyline GTR R32. Above all, he is a father of three, committed to setting a strong example of perseverance, discipline, and work ethic for his children.

With over 25 years of recruitment experience in Australia and New Zealand, Basil brings specialist expertise in professional contracting and talent acquisition across corporate services, business transformation, and infrastructure. Clients and candidates often describe him as a trusted advisor, someone who takes the time to understand not just the capability required for a role, but also the broader team dynamics that make a placement truly successful. He takes pride in finding that missing piece of the jigsaw, the person whose skills, values, and energy bring everything together to lift team performance and strengthen organisational capability. Basil has built long-standing relationships based on integrity, empathy, and results. In a crowded recruitment market, he has been fortunate to become the ‘go-to’ person for many leaders looking to build high-performing teams and he values those partnerships deeply and approach every engagement with the goal of achieving the best outcome for both clients and candidates. Outside of work, Basil is happiest at the beach either body surfing, swimming or spearfishing. He has a love for cooking, and value spending time with friends and family and enjoys connecting with people over good food and conversation, whether it’s a coffee or a green tea, and believe that genuine relationships are at the heart of great recruitment. Oliver has over 11 years of international recruitment experience where he has specilised in connecting talented professionals across the construction and engineering sectors. As a recruiter he takes a consultative approach. He is focussed on building long-term partnerships that help businesses secure the right people while supporting individuals in achieving meaningful career progression. Outside of work Oliver enjoys sending time with his young family and, when time allows, watching rugby.

With over five year’s experience in the recruitment industry, Ashleigh has always taken pride in prioritising the needs of her clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved. Her natural ability to connect with people and her genuine care for their success builds the foundations of her approach. Outside of work, she cherishes spending quality time with her daughter, partner and her beloved pup, Annie!

Bailey is an incredibly driven individual, with a real passion for recruitment. His decision to enter the industry was simple - he loves working with people. With a background in the automotive industry, Bailey developed a keen ability to connect with people, understand their needs, and build lasting relationships. Now, as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, he applies those skills to sourcing, engaging, and referring top-tier professionals to businesses in need of specialist talent. Outside of work, Bailey can either be found playing competitive football for his local team, or watching it on tv.

With 17 years of recruitment experience across the UK, New Zealand, and Australia, Christine brings deep expertise and a strong passion for connecting people with opportunities. Having specialised in Mining and Engineering for over 15 years, she has also played a key role in establishing regional offices, including in the mining hub of Mount Isa. Christine thrives on building long-term relationships and takes pride in her open communication and collaborative approach. Outgoing and enthusiastic by nature, she is dedicated to supporting regional communities and delivering meaningful recruitment solutions with energy and authenticity. Outside of work, Christine loves being outdoors, is passionate about CrossFit, and is kept on her toes by her two young boys.
