35 years experience in construction and 16 years in recruitment and labour hire. Currently VP of Auckland Registered Master Builders Association. Passionate about family and sport, however, the reason for establishing Building Recruitment in 2005 was to offer support and advice to jobseekers and employers which I felt was missing within the recruitment space. This passion is still as strong today as it was 16 years ago which was why I spent 6 months out of the business working for Mates in Construction in suicide prevention within our industry. One of the most rewarding roles I have ever had.
Family is paramount to me and is a key focus within my business culture. Football and Golf used to be a close 2nd until I bought my Seadoo Fishpro jetski and now fishing is my No1 pastime.
