This passion is still as strong today as it was 16 years ago which was why I spent 6 months out of the business working for Mates in Construction in suicide prevention within our industry. Her experience spans HR operations, immigration and visa compliance, and operational reporting, giving her the ability to connect strategic planning with the practical, day‑to‑day needs of busy construction sites. Lisa has held Accounts and Administration roles within the Construction Industry for over 10 years before joining Building Recruitment Ltd. In this role, Lisa works to assist our team managing day to day financials, accounts payable and receivable, payroll and administration duties.
