I have a particular affinity for meticulously crafting procedures and documents, which might be described as my "nerdy" side.

One of the most rewarding aspects of my role as an Associate Client Partner at OnTalent is the opportunity to engage with diverse individuals. I have a special fondness for the onboarding process, which was a significant component of my previous role as a People and Culture Manager. In essence, I cherish maintaining meaningful connections and extending a helping hand whenever possible.

My professional journey has been enriched by five years of experience in the medical field, and I've spent approximately 11 years working closely with people, initially in customer service and reception roles before transitioning into the dynamic HR and recruitment sphere. My commitment to personal growth led me to pursue studies in Leadership and Management, a choice that has propelled my career in the direction of leadership and HR.

Building enduring relationships is a core value of mine, both in my professional and personal life. Beyond my career, I derive immense satisfaction from outdoor activities such as camping and adventurous pursuits, as well as maintaining an active and healthy lifestyle.
