David has spent over two decades in the resources industry as an Executive Search and Management consultant after an early career in senior operational, and corporate roles. He has been entrusted to source and recruit board level and C-suite leaders; through to key personnel across corporate, technical, operational, commercial / financial and functional support teams. He has also successfully designed and executed large scale whole of workforce campaigns and has been commissioned to provide white papers to boards and management in regards to remuneration, international recruitment, remote working and workforce planning. Prior to joining OnTalent, David’s experience includes leading the Recruitment and internal Talent Management function for a division of the world’s 4th largest listed mining company, specialist sourcing for the world’s largest (by revenue) global mining house and has been a director / equity partner in two successful consultancies. With tertiary studies in Management and Commerce, plus a past graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, David has the theory and practical knowledge to provide expert advice and support for operating companies, engineering firms and service companies alike in their search for quality personnel across the Mining / Minerals Processing, Engineering, Energy / Oil & Gas, Infrastructure and Built Environment industries.

Donna Bliss serves as a Senior Client Partner at OnTalent, bringing over 25 years of extensive experience in recruitment. After achieving Chartered Accountant status with KPMG, Donna dedicated over two decades to Hays, a global leader in recruitment, where she held various roles in recruitment and executive leadership both locally and internationally. In recent years, Donna has transitioned to boutique recruitment, specialising in executive leadership and corporate services, with a notable focus on HR leadership roles. Her expertise spans the Not-for-Profit, Government, and commercial sectors, having successfully recruited at the C-suite level for numerous Disability providers, Primary Health Networks, Indigenous Health Services, and state and local government agencies. Donna's impressive track record is supported by a broad network of past candidates and clients who attest to her exceptional service, thoroughness, and dedication. Donna's professional strengths lie in her honest and collaborative approach. Jacinta Messer brings more than 20 years of leadership experience across aviation, professional sport, major events and the not-for-profit sector to her role at OnTalent. Having held senior executive positions, most recently as General Manager of the Brisbane Bullets, Jacinta understands the critical role exceptional talent plays in driving organisational performance, culture and long-term success. Throughout her career, Jacinta has led commercial growth initiatives, business transformation programs, strategic partnerships and stakeholder engagement strategies in complex, high-profile environments. Her ability to build trusted relationships with executives, boards, government representatives and industry leaders enables her to connect organisations with outstanding talent and leadership capability. Jevon joins OnTalent to partner with the Executive & Board recruitment team to support the Client Partners to deliver OnTalent’s robust and thorough processes. His passion for people, good process and delivery, will ensure a great customer experience for both our candidates and clients and is aligned with OnTalent’s mission of connecting people and purpose. Jevon moved to Brisbane in 2014 from Singapore and completed a Bachelor of Science majoring in Psychology and a Master of Occupational Health and Safety Sciences at the University of Queensland. He is passionate about all aspects of HR in and outside of the workplace. He commenced his recruitment and executive search career with a national provider in 2022 prior to joining OnTalent as an Associate Client Partner in late 2023. He has supported a wide variety of search and recruitment projects including Chief Executive Officers, Directors and Executive Leadership roles. He has also led recruitment and search assignments for Executive Management and Director level for positions across the public sector. Kadi is the Team Administrator at OnTalent and plays an important role in keeping the day to day operations of the business running smoothly. Her work spans accounts administration, including invoicing, accounts payable and bank reconciliations, along with providing practical support to the team and the office. Known for her organised and helpful approach, Kadi enjoys being the person others can rely on to keep things moving behind the scenes. She also brings energy to the workplace through coordinating events and finding small ways to keep the team connected and engaged.
