After achieving Chartered Accountant status with KPMG, Donna dedicated over two decades to Hays, a global leader in recruitment, where she held various roles in recruitment and executive leadership both locally and internationally.

In recent years, Donna has transitioned to boutique recruitment, specialising in executive leadership and corporate services, with a notable focus on HR leadership roles. Her expertise spans the Not-for-Profit, Government, and commercial sectors, having successfully recruited at the C-suite level for numerous Disability providers, Primary Health Networks, Indigenous Health Services, and state and local government agencies.
