Tony began his career as an IT professional, spending over 10 years building strong technical expertise and developing a deep understanding of systems, problem-solving, and how technology supports business operations.

This foundation gave him the ability to communicate effectively with technical teams and stakeholders, and naturally led him toward a people-focused path where he could combine his technical knowledge with relationship building.

Over the past four years, Tony transitioned into recruitment, supporting U.S. campaigns specializing in IT and engineering roles. He has developed a passion for sourcing top talent, understanding each candidate’s career goals, and creating meaningful matches between professionals and organizations.

Known for his consultative and personable approach, Tony values genuine conversations and believes that successful recruitment is about long-term partnerships, not just placements.
