Sarah has extensive recruitment experience, gained both locally and interstate. She has recruited across the private sector, state and Federal Government. She has an in depth understanding of the market she operates in, and has expertise in Accounting and Finance, Federal Government and project or bulk recruitment, where she has recruited from entry level positions through to Chief Officers. Whether it be attracting and selecting one-of-a-kind candidates, to integrating and managing entire recruitment processes, Sarah takes the time to understand her client’s business and their issues and determine solutions that work for them. Sarah and her team are committed to offering each client a responsive, professional and high-quality service. Career History: Sarah established Capital Recruit with Glen Heward in August 2014. She is currently the managing director, managing a high performing team of career recruiters and HR professionals who are committed to providing superior end-to-end service to their clients. Prior to Capital Recruit, Sarah worked in multiple positions in two large global recruitment firms as a consultant and manager in the ACT and Sydney over 13 years. Sarah also worked in house as a HR consultant at Deloitte in Canberra.

Max has been working in the recruitment industry since 2006 and he enjoys the fast pace and autonomous nature of the role. He has been working in Canberra since 2008 and has made some key contacts in the market. Having worked as a recruitment consultant and also as a client gives him a good perspective of the pressures and motivations of both sides.
