Sofiee is an Associate Consultant at WeNetwork, supporting recruitment across Malaysia across a range of commercial, operational, and technical functions. She works closely with clients and candidates to understand business needs, identify relevant talent, and facilitate the recruitment process from initial engagement through to successful placement.

Before joining WeNetwork, Sofiee built a diverse commercial background spanning insurance, business development, client relationship management, marketing, and entrepreneurship. spans a range of functions and industries, including Business & Data Analytics, Engineering, Key Account Management, F&B leadership, Logistics, and Network Operations. I enjoy learning about different businesses, understanding what makes someone successful in a role, and identifying people who can genuinely add value to a team. Her experience across both Malaysia and the United States has given her a broad understanding of different business environments and the importance of aligning talent with both organizational needs and individual career goals.
