Having worked closely with blue-collar workforces throughout her career, she has developed a genuine understanding of the people, pace and demands of the construction and labour hire industries, making her a natural fit for recruitment.

With extensive experience supporting busy operational teams, coordinating workflows, managing administration, resolving day-to-day challenges and communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, Shannon has built exceptional organisational skills and a solutions-focused approach. Away from work, Shannon has competed at an elite level in rugby league, representing teams at the highest level both nationally and internationally.
