Randie is a master’s prepared Nurse and Recruiter. Early in Randie’s career, she practiced nursing in NYC with a focus on neonatal nursing and pediatric critical care. After receiving her master's, she spent several years as Maternal Child Health Nursing Administrator. She took time off to raise her children and returned to the workforce as a Recruiter. Randie is a dynamic and result-focused talent recruitment and acquisition professional. She manages all phases of domestic and international full-cycle recruiting, from initial sourcing, qualifying, coordinating interviews, negotiating, and closing candidates. She creatively sources hard to find high-caliber passive candidates for entry-level through C-level positions. Randie is an account manager and works on direct-hire, contract, and temp-perm positions for contingency, retained and confidential searches.
