With over 8 years of experience spanning executive search, agency recruitment, and in-house talent acquisition, Bea has partnered with multinational corporations, high-growth businesses, and leading technology organizations to attract and develop talent.

Her career began in hospitality, where she earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Hospitality Management from Taylor’s University, Malaysia, alongside a double degree in Licence Professionnelle en Sciences Humaines et Sociales from Université Toulouse – Jean Jaurès, France.
