Senior Recruitment Consultant
Logan Jacobs is a Senior Recruitment Consultant at DMC Recruitment Group, specializing in recruitment across the building materials industry throughout Canada and the U.S.
His focus is on building a strong network across the industry and developing a genuine understanding of the people, companies, and markets that shape it. Logan works closely with both candidates and employers, helping businesses identify the right people for their teams while connecting professionals with opportunities that align with their experience and long-term career goals.
He takes a relationship-first approach to recruitment and believes the best conversations are not always about an immediate job opening. Whether someone is actively looking, thinking about their next step, hiring for their team, or simply interested in exchanging industry knowledge, Logan is always open to connecting.
Outside of work, Logan enjoys golf, basketball, great food, wine, and craft cocktails. He is usually just as interested in finding a great restaurant as he is in finding a great candidate.
If you work in building materials and would like to talk about the market, hiring, career opportunities, or simply connect with someone who works closely within the industry, feel free to reach out.
