As Co-Founder and Director of New Venture Recruitment, I lead a fully independent recruitment firm specialising in the construction and engineering sectors across Australia, New Zealand, and the UK & Ireland. With dual citizenship (Australian/British) and over 15 years of industry experience, I’ve built a reputation for trust, transparency, and long-term partnerships with clients and candidates alike.

My expertise spans Smart Buildings, IoT, and Integrated Building Platforms (MSI), with deep technical fluency across Building Management Systems (BMS). I work closely with professionals and clients operating on platforms including:

**Tridium Niagara, Honeywell, Siemens, Johnson Controls, Schneider Electric, Distech Controls, Reliable Controls, Delta Controls, ISMA, Alerton, KNX, and Trend.**

I represent industry-leading talent across service, project delivery, and senior leadership roles—ranging from Service Technicians and Engineers to Project Managers, Construction Directors, and Executive Appointments.

Before launching New Venture Recruitment, I served as Associate Director at a specialist agency in Sydney, where I led teams across architecture, design engineering (MEP, civil, structural), facilities management, office support, and building services construction. I personally partnered with major HVAC and mechanical contractors across ANZ, recruiting mid-to-senior professionals including Drafters, Engineers, Project Managers, Contracts Administrators, Estimators, and Construction Directors.

Earlier, I managed logistics, supply chain, and manufacturing recruitment for NSW, supporting global pharmaceutical, FMCG, and medical device organisations in scaling their operations across Australia.

I began my recruitment career in 2007 in the East Midlands, UK, working with major builders, subcontractors, and developers to place senior white-collar professionals in commercial, operational, and design roles—including Commercial Managers, Quantity Surveyors, Estimators, Planners, Project Managers, and Engineers.
