With a background spanning both Legal and Recruitment, Erica brings a unique blend of industry knowledge and recruitment expertise to the MJD team. Originally from England, Erica relocated to Australia in 2022 and has been working in Recruitment for just shy of 4 years.

Beginning her career as a Paralegal, Erica moved into Recruitment, initially specialising in Nursing before expanding into Business Support and, ultimately, finding her niche in Legal Recruitment. Her hands-on legal background gives her a strong understanding of the legal support landscape and the value that exceptional support professionals bring to a firm.

As an experienced Consultant, Erica combines her legal knowledge with her recruitment expertise to identify and place high-quality talent, while building strong, long-standing relationships with both clients and candidates. Her first-hand experience within the legal industry allows her to understand the needs of both sides and make informed, tailored matches.
