Darren Kashin is a Senior Recruitment Consultant at DMC Recruitment Group, specializing in Real Estate Development and Property Management. With a background built on leadership, operations, and developing high-performing teams, Darren brings a unique perspective to recruitment by understanding the importance of finding the right people to drive business success.

Before entering recruitment, Darren spent two decades in hospitality leadership, progressing from culinary management into senior operational roles, including overseeing a multi-department resort operation and a $20 million food and beverage program. Throughout his career, he developed a passion for identifying talent, mentoring individuals, and creating teams that consistently delivered results.

Today, Darren applies that same approach to recruiting, partnering with clients to understand their business needs and connecting them with professionals who align with their goals, culture, and long-term vision. His experience leading teams gives him a strong understanding of the challenges organizations face when hiring, retaining, and developing exceptional talent.

Outside of work, Darren enjoys exploring the Okanagan, spending time outdoors, discovering great food and wine, and continuing to learn from the people and businesses around him.
