Zorg Verbind brings older people and care provision together, working on the principle that good care begins with a good match between the carer and the person receiving care. Zorg Verbind works in elderly care. It supports older people with everyday tasks that no longer come easily, including getting up, washing and dressing, going for a walk, doing the shopping together or preparing a meal. Its personal care covers help with eating and drinking, reminders to take medication, emotional support and simply company and presence. Care is available from a minimum of three hours a day and includes sleeping shifts and waking nights, and where intensive or continuous care is needed the company also provides day and night care at home. It works with people who have a physical impairment, early stage or established dementia, a chronic illness, a growing need for care because of age, or who feel lonely and want structure, company or a listening ear.

Zorg Verbind operates in the Netherlands, where it supports clients in applying for care under the Wet Langdurige Zorg.
