Zorgdetacheringen is a Dutch flexible staffing agency that places care staff with healthcare organisations on a secondment (detachering) basis. It supplies care assistants, carers, nurses and support workers to organisations in elderly and home care (VVT), disability care (GHZ) and mental health care (GGZ).
The roles it fills are grouped by qualification level. They range from helpende (MBO-2) and verzorgende IG (MBO-3IG) to begeleider and verpleegkundige (up to HBO level), plus specialised care workers for particular client needs. The company says it can also advise clients on the use of PNIL staff and on strategic workforce planning within care.
It has branches in Amsterdam, Utrecht and Den Bosch.
