It calls itself a matchmaker in the labour market and describes the three groups it sits between: employers looking for applicants who suit their specific vacancies and are ready to enter an employment relationship, jobseekers who are actively looking or at least interested in a suitable role, and people who are not looking at all but might still be interested in that special job at a great company which has just become available.
