Zest Optical Recruitment

Zest Optical Recruitment is a specialist recruitment agency that works exclusively within the optical marketplace. It says it has been established since 2006, and its consultants are organised into two divisions, Optical Practice and Optical Sales.

The agency recruits optometrists, dispensing opticians, optical assistants and optical sales professionals, along with contact lens opticians, practice managers, regional managers, trainers, lab technicians, lab managers, customer service advisers and ophthalmologists. Its clients include independent opticians, multiple brands, domiciliary companies and suppliers of optical equipment, frames, lenses and materials.

It recruits for positions across the UK and says its team has decades of combined recruitment experience within the optometry profession. Employers pay no fees unless the agency is successful for them.
