Your Career

Your Career is a recruitment-to-recruitment (Rec2Rec) firm that recruits recruiters, from entry level to executive. It works with established and emerging recruiter talent seeking roles in recruitment agencies and in talent acquisition, both onsite and RPO, across all disciplines and worldwide. It describes itself as a boutique firm and says it matches people-first businesses with recruiters.

The company is based in Australia and names Australia, the UK, Singapore and Dubai as the places from which it connects brands and people globally. It has an office at 76 Brunswick Street, Fortitude Valley, Queensland. Will Gordon, a British expat with experience in Australia, Hong Kong and Singapore, founded the company in 2015 and heads it. Jess Kennett, who reports more than ten years of recruitment experience, eight of them in Rec2Rec, sources recruitment talent in Brisbane.
