Youphoria

Youphoria is a Belgian firm that offers interim management, recruitment and consultancy. Its consultancy work covers analysing where a client's company stands now and proposing solutions to reach its goals.

Romina Longo is founder and CEO. The team consists of freelance recruiters, senior freelance consulting and advisory experts and an administration officer, working from co-working spaces in Brussels, Wavre, Diegem, Leuven, Antwerp and Ghent. For executive headhunting, from C-level to middle management, and for engineering and IT profiles, it works in partnership with specialist firms. Longo says she has more than 20 years of professional experience, which began in banking before she moved into recruitment and interim management.
