About the Agency
Younite Personal is a Swiss staffing and recruitment company with its head office in Lenzburg. It describes its role as a bridge between companies and job seekers. Its clients come from construction, including building, civil and road engineering, rail and tunnel construction, as well as logistics, industry, production and retail.
The company offers temporary staffing for short and long term needs and permanent placement of specialists and managers. It also runs a Try & Hire model, in which a client tests a candidate for several weeks and can offer permanent employment without follow-up costs after an uninterrupted assignment of three months. Each search starts with a personnel requirement profile drawn up together with the client, and billing is handled digitally.
Its consultants are former managers. Roles it recruits for include loading and unloading, general labour, transport and waste management.
