Xstate places young talent in the Dutch public sector, combining work at government and semi public organisations with structured personal development. Xstate works in the physical domain, where climate, housing, energy and law raise large questions that call for new ideas. Its Traineeship Ruimtelijke Ordening en Recht covers current social themes including housing construction, sustainability and legal questions in the public domain, and combines assignments at government bodies with a development programme of training, guidance and personal coaching. Alongside the traineeship, Xstate Professionals is aimed at people who already have experience in the physical domain but feel stuck and are looking for more challenge, growth and direction, giving them suitable assignments at government and public organisations together with targeted development.

Xstate operates in the Netherlands, placing people at municipalities and other public organisations, including gemeente Nissewaard where one of its trainees started. Trainees are involved with those organisations from day one, so practical experience and professional growth run in parallel. The company publishes its certifications on the site, alongside pages for opdrachtgevers, current vacancies, an open application route and a news section.
