Xenia Recruitment is a staffing agency that focuses solely on hospitality and event staff. It supplies venues and events with temporary workers, for requests from one staff member to 100.

The roles it fills include managers, chefs, bar and waiting staff and kitchen porters, as well as mixologists, baristas and event staff. It also works with hospitality professionals looking for temporary work.

Managing Director Ashleigh Pinder founded the company in 2021 and opened its first office in Newcastle. The head office is in Gateshead. Pinder is a qualified recruiter whose earlier work included running executive box levels at Twickenham. The company says it has staff pools in the North East, Yorkshire, the North West including Manchester and Liverpool, London and the South, and that it also supplies several large events nationwide.
