Write Finder

Write Finder is a headhunting firm that recruits artists, programmers and designers for video games and entertainment companies. It says it specialises in gaming, entertainment, tech and cyber security, and that it works only with games studios that do not crunch their staff and that pay fairly.

Its services are headhunting, in which it works each role until it is filled, bespoke job advertising, including helping clients build their own advert writing skills, and a managed service that runs recruitment operations for studios without an internal recruitment team. It says it has used the managed service to help an indie studio grow its teams remotely and internationally, and to support a post-acquisition AAA studio ramping up its recruitment.

The team includes Tim Wood as Managing Director and Iain Parker as Engineering Director, who specialises in programming and engineering roles.
