WR Fundraising Recruitment

WR Fundraising Recruitment is a boutique consultancy that recruits only for fundraising positions, working with charities across the UK. It describes itself as a family run business and says its approach is more tailored and consultative than that of larger, generic agencies.

The company was founded by Neil and Sarah, who are its directors, on the back of more than 20 years in the recruitment industry. Before moving into specialist charity recruitment they worked in commercial recruitment. Neil has led several recruitment companies, mainly in the third sector, and Sarah has worked in charity recruitment since 2011.

It works with both charities and candidates, and says its small size lets it work flexibly with clients on harder-to-fill roles. It also says it continues to support people as they develop in their new jobs. Its office is in Poole.
