Workzone24 is a private recruitment agency based in Cologne that specialises in the security sector. It was founded in 2014 and has been certified as a provider of job placement under the German AZAV regulation since 2015. It places staff across Germany, on both short-term and long-term assignments.

The agency fills security roles in areas such as cash and valuables transport, airport security, barracks protection, property protection, plant security and gatehouse services. It says its client base consists of about 30 private security companies in Germany. Its listed services are executive search, personnel recruiting, job placement, headhunting, security recruiting, consulting and applicant coaching.

Employers pay nothing when a candidate is hired through a placement voucher. For specialists and managers hired without one, the agency agrees a market-standard commission. It also gives employers access to a cloud-based personnel management tool.
