Workspire is a recruiting firm that places staff in architecture, engineering and construction (AEC), environmental, mission critical and data center sectors, as well as corporate functions. It works nationwide, using contingent and relationship-driven hiring strategies.

The roles it fills include civil, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and structural engineers, construction project managers, superintendents and estimators, architects and BIM/CAD/Revit specialists, environmental planning and permitting staff, and data center design and operations roles. Anastasia Young founded Workspire in April 2025 after nearly a decade at recruiting firms. The company describes itself as bootstrapped and 100% founder-owned. Its process runs from candidate sourcing and vetting through interview coordination, offer consulting and post-hire support. It says Young's lifetime billings exceed $5M, with hiring partnerships ranging from VC-backed startups to Fortune 500 organizations.
