Workroem

Workroem is a Dutch uitzendbureau, founded in 2014, that puts together teams of Romanian tradespeople, from two people upwards, for a wide range of projects in the Netherlands. The company combines the strength of Romanian workers with its own coordination, supplying qualified and motivated people who work with Dutch speaking supervision. Every team has a bilingual Dutch and Romanian contact person, so instructions and day to day communication run in both languages. Workroem sets out five pillars behind the way it works: knowing the Romanian market from the inside so it can find the best people, assembling skilled teams that it trains and guides for the demands of the Dutch working environment, bilingual contact, reliability and flexibility with a habit of thinking in solutions, and a willingness to staff both large and small projects.

The company is active in five branches. In AGF, short for aardappelen, groente en fruit, it covers a broad range of activities for clients in potatoes, vegetables and fruit. In the verpakkingsindustrie it has many years of experience placing staff in production and packaging work in Noord-Brabant, a sector it describes as turning on precision and efficiency. In groenvoorziening it works as a specialist uitzendbureau for the green sector, contributing to the appearance and maintenance of public spaces and parks. In afbouw it places teams of at least two people on construction projects, with people specialised in work such as fitting metal stud. In automotive it supplies workers who can handle everything from washing and polishing cars to fitting out commercial vans, drawing on their technical knowledge and experience.

Workroem works across the Netherlands and Romania and says it intends to remain a reliable partner for companies in both countries, committed to the growth of employees and employers alike. Completed projects include groenonderhoud, removing weeds from public spaces, and mounting HWC panels in a car park for the municipality of Oirschot in Noord-Brabant. The company's argument to clients is straightforward: many agencies treat the Romanian market as a sideline, while at Workroem it is in the DNA, literally.
