Work People BV describes itself as the platform between werkgever and werknemer, a workplace for committed employees and employers who want a partner they can rely on. The company has been building its knowledge and experience since 2012 and says this is what sets it apart. It sums up its offer as a ++ Service made up of six promises: personal involvement, being reachable 24 hours a day, a suitable offer, a broad network of people who can start immediately, transparency and clear communication.

Two areas of work are named on its site. The first is reguliere schoonmaak, where it is looking for motivated staff for a range of clients including offices, schools, care institutions, stairwells and COA locations. The second is the industrial and klein metaal branch, where it recruits for a client in that sector. For employers it provides temporary staff, payrolling, outsourcing and werving en selectie, pointing out that flexible people alongside your own staff are useful at peak times, that you avoid the personnel administration and the employer obligations that come with hiring flexible and permanent workers, and that whole tasks or processes can be outsourced for the company to carry out. In its werving en selectie work it handles everything from selection through to taking staff on.
