Worknow

Worknow, registered as Worknow Oy, is a staffing services company based in Tampere. It provides temporary agency staffing and recruitment for clients whose need for workers arises quickly or unexpectedly.

Its recruitment work covers production, logistics and service roles. It also offers a Try & Hire model, in which a client first takes on a worker through temporary staffing and recruits them permanently only once the choice has proved right. The company says it treats temporary staffing as risk management and predictability rather than as a volume business.

It reports that 85 per cent of its customers buy from it again.
