Workin Group

Workin Group is an international recruitment agency that places French-speaking talent from Europe with employers in Quebec. It has worked between Lille and Montréal since 2019. Montréal is the group's parent office, and Lille is its European office, close to French-speaking candidate pools. Loïc Spyckerelle is named as its founder.

The agency recruits in hospitality, restaurant and tourism, health and pharmaceutical, industrial, construction and engineering, and IT and technology. It also recruits in transport, retail and business services. Roles include nurses, chefs, welders, mechanics and developers. It says it specialises in hiring under the Young Professional work permit, which requires no LMIA, in health, hospitality, automotive and industry.

Services cover international recruitment, immigration and legal support, local headhunting in Quebec, HR support, recruitment training and international salary portage. Candidates are sought mainly in France, Belgium, the Maghreb, West Africa and the Indian Ocean region, and are not charged recruitment fees. The agency holds CNESST licence AR-2202590, which allows it to recruit temporary foreign workers in Quebec.
