About the Agency
Workforce Success is a recruitment and labour hire business serving South East Queensland. It provides labour hire, temporary and permanent recruitment, and organises its work in three areas: labour and trades, professionals, and consulting.
The labour and trades team fills labour hire, temporary and permanent roles, and its recruiters cite experience in the manufacturing, civil, industrial, logistics and construction sectors. The professionals team handles permanent and temp to perm recruitment. The consulting arm acts as a human resources partner for businesses. The company offers a money back guarantee: if a placement is not the right fit, the client does not pay.
It says it has business relationships going back to 2004, and it holds an approved labour hire licence. Mathew Micallef is CEO and Jason Micallef is Managing Partner.
