Work With Your Handz

Work With Your Handz is a recruiting and staffing firm that focuses only on the skilled trades. It recruits for HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical and mechanical work, as well as construction, commercial and industrial services, and says it started in home services. Its office is in Haymarket, Virginia, and it hires for clients nationwide.

Its clients include residential home service companies, commercial and industrial operators, multi-location operators, and businesses backed by private equity or family offices. It fills roles at every level, from apprentices and field technicians to executives at C-suite level.

Services cover direct hire, temp-to-perm, contract staffing, RPO, in which it manages a client's hiring pipeline from requisition to offer, and a talent advisory service. It says it approaches passive candidates directly, uses AI-driven screening technology, and offers guarantees on its placements.
