Woodforde Group is a recruitment consultancy that connects organisations and talent across Australia. Amanda Woodforde founded it in 2020 after nearly two decades in the recruitment industry, where she rose from Division Manager to Vice President at a global firm. It began with a team of two and now operates as a national consultancy with three specialisations: Talent, Advisory and Care. It says its team has more than 100 years of recruitment experience between them.

Woodforde Group Talent recruits HR, finance and business support roles, from entry-level positions to executive appointments. Woodforde Group Advisory provides assessment-led search and senior appointment advisory for boards, chief executives and senior leaders, along with independent assessment of shortlisted or internal candidates, panel coaching, AI advisory and leadership transition support. Woodforde Group Care recruits in allied health, mental health and not-for-profit organisations.

The company works on permanent, contract and project assignments. It has offices in Manly and Brisbane CBD in Queensland, and is a corporate member of the RCSA.
