Wise Hire

Wise Hire is a specialist recruitment partner for cybersecurity scale-ups hiring go-to-market talent. It builds sales and customer success teams for the cybersecurity industry, focusing on SaaS and software cyber companies. It recruits by targeted headhunting rather than job boards or bulk CV drops, and says it works with only a small number of clients at a time.

The roles it covers include account executives and account managers for SME, mid-market and enterprise accounts, customer success managers, customer success engineers and technical account managers, and sales leadership such as business development managers, sales managers and director or VP sales. It says it hires in key headquarters locations such as the UK, US and Singapore.

Jack Kingdon, who is originally from Manchester and has spent nearly 10 years in tech recruitment, launched the company in 2024 and is its founder and director. Clients can choose a standard non-exclusive search where a fee is paid on hire, a premium exclusive search with an engagement fee, or a monthly TaaS model with an embedded recruitment team for SMEs needing three or more hires.
