WinAP is a recruitment agency based in Regensburg, Germany, specialising in gastronomy. It places Italian professionals in the restaurant sector in Germany, and also places people already living in Germany who want a career in hospitality. It works with employers looking for staff and with candidates looking for work, including positions that come with board and lodging.

Beyond placement, the agency says it guides candidates through formalities, the search for accommodation and the move to Germany. It also offers an Ausbildung service, helping candidates apply for vocational training in Germany in the hotel, gastronomy and care (Pflege) sectors, with support on preparation, application and the first steps of relocation.

The agency is led by Antonio Perrone, who is named as its CEO. Born and raised in Messina, Sicily, he moved to Germany at 18 and says he has lived there for more than 10 years, working in kitchens, bars and Italian restaurants.
