Win2You

Win2You, which trades as win2you AG, is a recruitment firm focused on the IT market, based in Winterthur. It supplies IT specialists to business clients, and its main activities are the temporary placement of IT staff on projects and resourcing services.

The company says it draws on a network of more than 8,000 system and network specialists, developers, project managers, business analysts, testers and support staff, and that it usually presents a suitable specialist within two to three working days. It recruits freelance IT professionals from across Europe, and says most of them hold a university degree or a comparable qualification.

Beyond project-based temporary assignments, it offers permanent placements by taking on recruitment mandates. It also takes over HR tasks and payroll administration, and provides consulting and outsourcing services.
