Wilson Brook Consulting

Wilson Brook Consulting is a specialist executive search firm operating across the built environment and industrial sectors. The company delivers retained board and senior-level search with rigour, integrity and absolute accountability, conducting disciplined, confidential, proactive search to identify leaders capable of transforming organisations. Wilson Brook was founded to raise the standards in executive search, moving away from transactional approaches that rely on job boards, recycle databases, or cut corners. The company believes leadership appointments deserve disciplined search, commercial intelligence and full accountability, recognising that the cost of getting it wrong is too high.

Wilson Brook Consulting specialises across several core sectors within the built environment and industrial landscape. These include Building Products and Materials, Distribution and Merchanting, Construction and Infrastructure, Engineering, Technical and Assurance Services, Industrial and Equipment Hire, and Energy, Utilities and Sustainability. The firm's structured, disciplined process incorporates deep market mapping, cultural and personality alignment assessment, and psychometric evaluation to ensure the right fit for each leadership role.

The company operates with a transparent fixed-fee model and provides comprehensive support to placed candidates, including four executive coaching sessions, a twelve-month replacement guarantee, and two-year off-limits protection. Wilson Brook's commitment to raising industry standards, combined with its focus on long-term partnership and accountability, distinguishes it from competitors. The firm's leadership team, including Founder and Managing Director Neil Holloway and Senior Consultants with specialisms across hire, HVAC, building materials, construction, logistics and kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms, ensures deep sector expertise and market knowledge.
