Wilson is a talent solutions firm that provides recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), contingent solutions, executive search, talent advisory, talent intelligence and technology advisory services to organisations building and maintaining their workforces. It extended its healthcare and life sciences talent solutions by acquiring Personify in 2023.

John Wilson founded the company in Tampa, Florida in 2002 and led it for nearly 24 years before moving to a Board role in July 2026, when Jean-Francois Vezina was appointed Chief Executive Officer. The company says it hires in more than 65 countries, works in more than 50 languages and has more than 2,000 people. It operates across the Americas, Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and Asia Pacific.

Its growth has included the acquisitions of CPH in Europe and H2H in Canada, joining with Profile Search & Selection to expand in Asia, entering the South Africa market, and expanding in Mexico and Southeast Asia. Wilson was formerly named WilsonHCG and rebranded in 2024.
