Willow Recruitment

Willow Recruitment is an Australian recruitment business based in Brisbane, Queensland. It says it began in 2008 in the Brisbane and Gold Coast construction sector and has since grown into a national business that places people across a range of professions and industries throughout Australia.

The company recruits in residential construction, commercial construction, technology and digital, and accounting and finance. It says its growth comes from sourcing rare candidates in talent-scarce sectors, and it works with both employers looking to hire and jobseekers looking for roles.

The business is led by founder and managing director Ken Wilson, with Adele McNiff as executive general manager. Associate directors head its residential and commercial construction teams.
