About the Agency
Willis Consulting is a recruitment firm that works with financial advisors. It says it begins by listening to each advisor's goals, and that it takes a long-term view of an advisor's career rather than focusing only on the current move.
The company is led by Founder and CEO Bill Willis, with Patrick M. Kelly as President. Its recruiters have been with the firm for periods ranging from 2008 to 2026. Most list a background in financial services, and others come from real estate, IT recruiting and human resources.
