Wilk Personeelsdiensten

Wilk Personeelsdiensten B.V. is a Dutch uitzendbureau and ZZP bemiddeling business that specialises in supplying manpower. It keeps a large permanent pool of motivated workers, both experienced and inexperienced, which it says lets it switch quickly and put the right people to work at short notice, often immediately or within a few days. The company describes itself as personal, flexible and fast, and as a familiebedrijf that knows how important trust and involvement are, in the cooperation itself and in the result. It runs a separate Wilk Infra brand alongside the main business, and it publishes its live vacancies openly with a vacancy alert for candidates.

Its sectors are named plainly: bouw, infra, sloop, montage, industrie, logistiek, groen and schoonmaak. Published assignments show the kind of work involved, including certified steigerbouwers for ongoing projects who need VCA Basis, a steigerbouw certificate and a working at height certificate, and experienced stratenmakers for civil engineering, housing and utility projects who lay paving accurately and safely. Both permanent employment and ZZP routes are offered, and candidates whose trade is not currently listed are invited to leave a CV so the company can look on their behalf.

Wilk Personeelsdiensten works across the Netherlands, with current assignments in Rotterdam and Amsterdam. It argues that its clients always want to switch quickly, which is why it is not a nine to five office and stays reachable outside office hours to fill requests fast, and it names that flexibility as a strong point, alongside a service it describes as available around the clock at a sharp price. On quality and reliability it states that its backoffice partner holds the certifications a client or a temporary worker may expect from a professional bureau, including NEN 4400-1 for reliable payment behaviour and correct remittances, and it will supply its documents on request. Contact runs through [email protected].
