Wildcard Untap

WILDCARD UNTAP is a Scandinavian recruitment agency operating across Sweden and Norway with a particular focus on the hospitality industry, including hotels and restaurants. The company's philosophy centres on turning potential into real, long-term value by untapping human potential where it matters most. Growth for WILDCARD UNTAP starts with people and is achieved through recruitment, leadership development and strategic team development that creates clarity, direction and momentum for individuals, teams and businesses.

The company works closely with reality, leadership and the individuals who make the difference, combining strategy, empathy and courage to help organisations move forward with intent and long-term impact. Beyond recruitment, WILDCARD UNTAP offers services including the Overkill Performance Sales Academy, individual and team coaching and business development support. All services are driven by curiosity, sharp execution and close collaboration with clients to turn ideas and ambition into tangible results. WILDCARD UNTAP recently expanded into Norway through its new subsidiary WILDCARD UNTAP AS.

WILDCARD offers three distinct recruitment models, each designed to reduce hiring risk and fit different business needs. WILDCARD 60 places the candidate on a 60-working-day trial period where the candidate is employed by WILDCARD and the company handles all employer responsibilities, including payroll, contributions and insurance. Clients evaluate candidates in real working conditions before deciding on permanent hire with no additional recruitment fee. WILDCARD VERIFY offers direct hire with three months of active follow-up and a recruitment guarantee. WILDCARD DIRECT provides thorough candidate assessment with direct hiring from day one. Testimonials from hospitality employers highlight the agency's ability to find candidates who fit both professionally and personally, making significant differences to team dynamics and organisational culture.
